We currently offer training courses in Reiki Level I, Level II and Reiki Master Level. Our Reiki courses are held in beautiful locations throughout Ireland. The mission of our Reiki courses is to facilitate a deeper understanding of wellness at all levels, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. They are two day courses usually held over a weekend. Our classes always have a maximum of 8 people. Our aim is for clients to achieve a greater understanding of the therapy as well as experiencing first hand a truly amazing and relaxing weekend.
Reiki Level I
Level I training introduces one to the history and basic techniques of Reiki. Students will become attuned to Reiki, and once attuned will have the ability to connect with the Reiki (or universal life force) energy and use Reiki healing on oneself to experience a very deep feeling of relaxation and calm.

Reiki Level II
Reiki Level II training provides a more in-depth understanding of Reiki and students are introduced to Usui Reiki symbols. These symbols are used to enhance the strength of the Reiki energy and its healing power and students are shown how the symbols are used during a Reiki session. Students are also taught the techniques for sending Reiki energy over distances. On completion of Reiki II students will have learned several different techniques available to perform Reiki on others.

Reiki Master Level
Having completed the Master Level, or Level III training, the student becomes a Reiki Master. In this course the student is taught how to attune to others and to teach others these ancient healing techniques. Please note: The term ‘Master’ is a representation of the Japanese word ‘Shinan’ which is very simply translated into English as ‘Teacher’. ‘Reiki Master’ was the term used for the teacher when Reiki was first brought out of Japan in the 1930’s.

Reiki is a Japanese New Age therapy which is not affiliated to any religions, doctrines or creeds. Reiki is a healing technique that anyone of any backround, religion, belief or culture can choose to learn if they feel drawn to it. It does not ask you to believe in any religious-associated beliefs.
It does however, ask you to embrace the five Reiki Principles, which are designed to bring peace and harmony to your life and the world around you.
